I'm a graduate of Translation Studies (MA) at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and of Applied Linguistics (BA) at the University of Rzeszów. I was gaining my experience as a Copywriter in Comarch, as well as an English and German translator and proofreader in PWM Edition. The next section, entitled "Selected projects," contains descriptions of some projects I have been involved in, along with the positions I have held.
TRILINGUAL GLOSSARY OF MUSICAL TERMS
One of my biggest successes to date, and perhaps my most extensive piece, was my master thesis entitled “Trilingual Glossary of Musical Terms,” which main objective was to collect wide range of musical terms in Polish, German, and English, to create their definitions, and to present examples of usage. I have collected more than 500 terms, from which I chose 150, which were the most interesting. Structured across three main chapters (two theoretical and one analytical), the thesis outlines complexities of musical terminology and the creation of a multilingual glossary itself, which is contained in a separate document.
